Process![]() We use Google Checkout to protect our customers and ourselves. We agree by phone on the product(s) and then send out an invoice requesting payment to our customers. When you receive our invoice it will take you directly to Google Checkout for payment. No financial transactions are done on, or through, any of our web servers. They are handled exclusively by Google Checkout. We do not invoice until we have talked personally with perspective customers because we want to insure that you completely understand our offerings before purchasing anything from us. We want a satisfying experience for all of our clients. Part of this process is determining that our perspective clients are making a good choice for themselves in buying the right product, or combinations of products, for them to realize their objective(s). Required:1. Your primary information to confirm your identity. We want the name of the website(s) under attack, the name of your hosting ISP, the company and, or your name, adress, city, state, and zip code. 2. Verifiable e-mails sent without using proxies from the associated domain being attacked or your personal ISP if your domain does not have an active mail server for the attacked domain. 3. Landline telephone number, that that can verified by your Phone Company. Cell Phones, Skype and similar services will not be accepted by us. 4. Mail this information to DDoS Solutions and we will e-mail or call you to set up a conference call to decide which product(s) are best suited to accomplishing your objective and answer your questions. Based on the metrics we mutually decide upon during the conference call we will generate an invoice that will be sent to you. The link you click on in that e-mail will take you directly to Google Checkout for payment. There you can safely conduct your transaction knowing you are fully protected by Google; a company that has a proven track record of being smart and caring about security. |
